Brett Wells

Brett worked with David Williams at the UK Atomic Energy Research Establishment, Harwell in the 1980s, whilst completing his DPhil at Oxford University. He co-developed a specialist engineering consultancy working in sophisticated, large plant asset management and condition assessment in the 1990s. He developed Aeroqual Ltd (an OEM manufacturer of precision instruments with global sales) with David (and others)  before co-founding Mote.

He has more than 30 years of experience managing specialist technical teams and taking new technology businesses to market.
